For Italian Meringue Buttercream

  • 150 Gram Liquid Egg White

  • 225 + 25 Gram Caster Sugar

  • 1 Tsp Cream Of Tartar

  • 4 Tbsp Water

  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 250 Gram Butter
