Cheese Chicken Stuffed Potato
Ingredients:
3 potatoes
6 pcs Nutriplus Tatsuta (air-fry 3 pcs, then dice).
3 slices Chesdale Topping cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Holland onion (diced)
Spring onion (sliced)
English parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp butter
200ml whipping cream
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Instructions:
1. Rub the potatoes with salt and olive oil, then bake at 200°C for 40-45 minutes.
2. Air-fry Nutriplus Tatsuta at 180°C for 8 minutes, then dice 3 pieces.
3. Scoop out the potato flesh and mash it with diced chicken, butter, whipping cream, holland onion, english parsley, spring onion, salt, and black pepper to taste.
4. Fill the hollowed potatoes with the mixture, top with Chesdale Topping cheese, sprinkle with chopped parsley and chili flakes, then bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
5. Ready to serve!
