  • Hard Boiled Eggs X 4 Pieces

  • Food Colouring (Bue And Red)

  • Cheddar Cheese 

  • Nori Sheet

  • Carrot

  • Ice Cream Cones

 

THE MAKING:

ANGRY BIRDS

  • Dye 2 Hard Boiled Eggs (Without Peeling The Shell) With Red Food Colouring And 2 Eggs With Blue Colouring;

  • Gently Knock One End Of Those Red Eggs To "Flatten" The Bottom So That They Could Stand Upright;

  • For The 2 Red Birds, Use Scissors To Carefully Cut A Small Circle Opening (Only The Egg Shell) To Expose The Egg White;

EYES:

  • Cut Eight Circles From Cheddar Cheese Slice With Big Size Straw (Bubble Tea Straw). 

  • Dip With Chocolate Jam And "Glue" The Eye White Onto The Red Eggs. Cut Smaller Circles Out Of Nori Sheet And Stick Onto Those Eye White;

  • As For Blue Birds, Cut A Quarter Out From The Circles. Then, Repeat The Previous Step. In Addition, Cut A Crescent Shape From Red Serviette To Stick Below The Eyes;

EYE BROW For Red Birds:

  • Cut 2 Strips From Nori Sheet And Glue Them (With Chocolate Jam) Above The Eyes;

NOSE:

  • Cut A Triangle Carrot, Join The Carrot Nose With The Red Egg With Uncoked Spaghetti Or Toothpick;

PARTY HATS:

  • Use Toothpick Or Food-Pick To Support Ice Cream Cones. Press The Toothpick Gently (To Break The Shell) Into The Angry Bird's Head.

  • Decorate The Party Hats With Candy Sprinkles (Use Chocolate Jam As Glue).

THE MAKING:

  • Peel The Egg Shell.

  • Slice Out The Egg White At The End That Closes To Egg Yolk. Carefully Remove The Yolk Inside With A Tea Spoon To Create A Hole.

  • Cut A Thin Slice Of Egg White From The Other End Of The Egg So That The Egg Could Stand Up.

  • Stuff Baymax's Brain (The Hole) With Asparagus And Sauteed Mushroom And Carrot.

EYES

  • Cut 2 Circles And 1 Straight Line Out Of Nori Sheet And Stick Onto The Egg.

INGREDIENTS

  • Nutriplus Classic Eggs 

  • Wild Rockets

  • Salt And Pepper

  • Vinegar

  • Cheddar Cheese Slices

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Nori Sheet


THE MAKING

PORCHED EGG

  • Break An Egg Into A Bowl;

  • Prepare A Pot Of Water. Add A Tablespoon Of Vinegar Into Water. Boil The Water Until It Is Barely Simmering, Whirl The Water With Spoon, Then Gently Slip The Egg At The Centre Of The Water Whirl;

  • Turn Off The Fire And Cover The Pan. Let The Egg Sits In The Pan For 4 Min. (Will Get Runny Yolk. Leave The Egg In The Pan Longer If You Prefer Firmer Yolk) Then, Gently Lift The Porched Egg. 

  • Arrange Wild Rockets And Cherry Tomatoes In A Cup. Put The Porched Egg On Top And Sprinkle With Salt And Pepper.

SHEEP FACE

  • Use Any Round Bottle Cap Or Cutter To Cut Circles From Cheddar Cheese Slice (1 Circle For Each Egg) And Place A Circle On Each Porched Egg;

EYES

  • Cut Circles From Nori Sheet (2 For Each Egg). Stick 2 Circles Apart On The Circle Cheese Slice;

MOUTH

  • Cut A Tiny Strip (Length <5mm, 1 For Each Egg), Place In The Middle Of The Circle Cheese Slice. The, Cut An Arch For Each Egg, Place Below The Strip On The Sheep Face;  

SHEEP EARS

  • Use Round Bottle Cap To Cut A Leaf Shape (2 For Each Egg) Out Of Cheddar Cheese Slice. Place At The Two Sides Of The Circle Cheese Slice;

Egg Cooking Method: HALLOWEEN PUFF

BAHAN-BAHAN

  • 2 Keping Puff pastry

  • 1 cawan puri labu

  • 1/2 cawan gula perang

  • 2 sudu kecil serbuk kayu manis

  • 1 sudu kecil esen vanila

  • 1 biji Telur Organik Selenium Nutriplus, dipukul

  • 1 sudu besar air

  • gula untuk ditaburkan

    DANISH LABU 🥧🎃

    - Dalam satu mangkuk, satukan puri labu, gula perang, serbuk kayu manis dan esen vanilla. Gaul sebati.

    - Sediakan kulit puff pastry, potong kulit puff pastry berbentuk muka teddy bear menggunakan acuan.

    - Sudukan inti labu diatas kulit puff dan tutup satu lapisan lagi kulit puff diatas inti tadi (lapisan atas hanya separuh muka teddy sahaja)

    - Kocakkan sebiji telur bersama air, sapu diatas permukaan Danish Labu. Bakar didalam oven dengan suhu 180c selama 25minit.

    - Hiaskan Danish labu berbentuk karakter teddy bear dan ayam dengan menggunakan seaweed, slice cheese dan apple untuk bentuk mata, hidung dan mulut ayam.

    Danish Ayam Berkeju🥧🍗🧀

    2 Keping kulit Puff Pastry

    3 sudu besar mentega

    ½ biji bawang cincang

    3 sudu besar tepung gandum

    Ayam goreng Tatsuta Nutriplus (Potong kecil)

    Daun bawang dicincang

    Keju Mozarella

    1/4 krim masam

    ½ sudu kecil serbuk paprika

    3 sudu besar bawang cincang

    Garam dan lada secukup rasa

    1 biji Telur Organik Selenium Nutriplus dipukul bersama 1 sudu besar air

    CARA-CARA

    - Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang

    - Masukkan tepung, gaul sebati. Masukkan daun bawang, Ayam tatsuta, krim masam. Gaul rata dan masukkan garam, lada secukup rasa, paprika dan keju mozarella. Reneh sekejap dan tutup api. Biarkan inti sejuk.

    - Sediakan kulit puff pastry, potong berbentuk labu (boleh gunakan acuan)

    - Sudukan inti Ayam tadi dipermukaan kulit puff dan tutup semula kulit puff diatas inti. Sapukan telur dipermukaan Danish Ayam Berkeju dan bakar dengan suhu 180c selama 25minit.

    - Setelah Danish Ayam sejuk, hiaskan berbentuk karakter Jack-O'- lantern emoji menggunakan seaweed untuk bentuk mata, hidung dan mulut🎃
