Tempura Nugget Kicap Pedas Manis (Malay Version)

Bahan-Bahan:

300g Nutriplus Tempura Nugget Ayam (Tempura Pedas)

Untuk Sos:

2 sudu besar minyak masak
2 sudu kecil bawang putih, cincang
1 sudu kecil halia, cincang
1 biji cili merah - dihiris halus
100 millimeter air
5 sudu besar Kicap Manis Mahsuri
4 sudu besar madu
1 sudu besar gula - secukup rasa
secubit lada hitam
1 sudu besar tepung jagung

Hiasan:

Bijan panggang
Hirisan daun bawang

Arahan:

 - Panaskan kuali dengan minyak dan masukkan kepingan Nugget Ayam Tempura satu demi satu.
- Goreng lebih kurang 3–4 minit sehingga garing dan perang keemasan. Keluarkan nugget ayam tempura dan toskan.

Untuk Kicap Pedas Manis:

- Panaskan minyak masak ke dalam kuali dan tumis bawang putih, halia dan cili sehingga naik bau.
- Tuangkan air dan biarkan mendidih sekejap.
- Masukkan Kicap Manis Mahsuri, madu, gula, lada hitam, tepung jagung dan gaul rata sehingga sedikit pekat.
- Taburkan bijan bakar.

 Salutan Akhir:

- Masukkan nugget ayam tempura yang telah digoreng ke dalam kuali dan gaul sehingga kepingan nuget ayam tempura bersalut rata dengan sos.
- Taburkan bijan panggang
- Hidangkan di atas pinggan dan masukkan sedikit daun bawang yang telah dipotong.

Tempura Nugget Kicap Pedas Manis (Eng Version)

Ingredients:

300g Nutriplus Tempura Chicken Nuggets (Tempura Spicy)

For Sauce

2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 bird eye red chili - finely chopped
100 millimetre water
5 Tbsp Mahsuri Kicap Manis
4 tbsp honey
1 Tbsp sugar – to taste
pinch black pepper
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Garnishing

Toasted sesame seeds
Cut spring onions

Instructions:

- Heat up a pan with hot oil and carefully put in the Tempura Chicken Nugget pieces one at a time.
- Fry for about 3–4 mins until crispy and golden brown. Remove the tempura chicken nugget and drain in a wire basket.

For Sweet-Spicy Soy Sauce:

- Add cooking oil to a hot frying pan and stir-fry garlic, ginger, and chilies until fragrant.
- Pour in water and let it boil briefly.
- Add Mahsuri Kicap Manis, honey, sugar, black pepper, and cornstarch, and mix well until thickens slightly.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds all over.

 Final Coating:

- Add the fried tempura chicken nugget into the pan and toss until the tempura chicken nugget pieces are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
- Serve on a plate and add some cut spring onions.

Mee Goreng Long-life (Malay Version)

Bahan-bahan:

250g mee telur
1 sudu besar minyak masak
2 ulas bawang putih, dikisar
1 cawan cendawan cremini, dihiris
1/2 lada benggala merah, dihiris
1/2 lobak merah, dihiris
1/4 cawan kacang pis
1/4 cawan brokoli

Untuk sos:

2 sudu besar Kicap Manis Mahsuri
2 sudu kecil gula
1 sudu kecil minyak bijan
1/2 sudu kecil halia kisar
1 sudu kecil sos cili, atau secukup rasa

Hiasan:

 2 Telur Nutriplus dengan Omega-3, digoreng telur mata
Hirisan daun bawang

Arahan:

- Dalam mangkuk kecil, gaulkan Kicap Manis Mahsuri bersama gula, minyak bijan, halia dan sos cili; ketepikan.
- Didihkan air didalam periuk, masak mi mengikut arahan paket; kemudian tapis.
- Panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali dengan api sederhana. Masukkan bawang putih, cendawan, lada benggala dan lobak merah. Kacau seketika, kira-kira 3-4 minit.
Masukkan kacang pis dan brokoli, masak sehingga brokoli sedikit lembut, kira-kira 2-3 minit.
- Masukkan mee telur dan campuran kicap, kacau perlahan-lahan hingga sebati.
-Hidangkan mee ke dalam mangkuk dan letakkan telur goreng mata diatas dan taburkan sedikit daun bawang. Hidangkan segera.

Long-life Noodle (Eng Version)

Ingredients:

250g egg noodles
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 carrot, julienned
1/4 cup snow peas
1/4 cup broccoli

 For the sauce:

2 tbsp Mahsuri Kicap Manis
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp chili sauce, or more, to taste

Garnishing

2 Nutriplus with Omega-3 fried eggs
Cut spring onions

Instructions:

- In a small bowl, whisk together Mahsuri Kicap Manis, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and chili sauce; set aside.
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to package instructions; drain well.
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in snow peas and broccoli until the broccoli has slightly softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in egg noodles and soy sauce mixture, and gently toss to combine.
- Serve the noodles in bowls, top each with a fried egg, and add some cut spring onions. Serve immediately.

Telur Dadar Udang (Malay Version)

Bahan-bahan:

6 Telur Nutriplus dengan Jumbo Omega-3
1 cawan udang, dikupas dan dibuang kulit
1/4 cawan daun bawang, potong 2 inci panjang
1/2 biji bawang merah, potong kasar
2 sudu kecil Kicap Manis Mahsuri
1 sudu kecil minyak bijan
1 sudu besar minyak masak

 

Arahan:

- Dalam mangkuk adunan, pecahkan telur dan pukul bersama daun bawang, Kicap Manis Mahsuri dan minyak bijan sehingga sebati selama kira-kira 30 saat.
- Kemudian panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali tidak melekat dengan api sederhana.
- Tumis bawang sehingga naik bau atau agak karamel. Masukkan udang dan goreng sehingga separuh masak. Kemudian kecilkan api.
- Masukkan telur yang telah dipukul. Biarkan telur dadar sekejap, kira-kira 20-30 saat.
- Kacau, tos dan balikkan telur dan masak hingga sebati. Gunakan spatula untuk pecah menjadi kepingan. Masukkan daun bawang, kacau hingga sebati. Setelah masak, matikan api dan nikmati!

Shrimp Omelette (Eng Version)

Ingredients:

6 Nutriplus with Omega-3 Jumbo Eggs
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup green onion, cut into 2-inch length
1/2 red onion, roughly cut
2 tsp Mahsuri Kicap Manis
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking oil

 

Instructions:

- In a mixing bowl, crack and whisk together the eggs, green onions, Mahsuri Kicap Manis, and sesame oil together until smooth for about 30 seconds.
- Then in a well-seasoned non-stick pan, bring it to medium heat. Add cooking oil.
- Sauté the onion until aromatic or lightly caramelized. Toss in shrimp and fry until 50% cooked. Then lower the heat to the LOW setting.
- Add the beaten eggs. Let the omelet set, for about 20-30 seconds.
- Stir, toss and flip the eggs around and cook thoroughly. Use the spatula to break up into chunks. Add the scallions, and stir to combine well. Once cooked, remove off heat and enjoy!

Rangoon Ayam Berkeju (Malay Version)

Bahan-bahan:

20-25 pcs kulit wonton
Sedikit Air

 

Untuk Isi Keju:

250g Nutriplus Tempura Nugget Ayam (Asli), Digoreng dan dihiris halus
250g krim keju, dilembutkan dalam suhu bilik
3 tangkai daun bawang, dicincang halus
1 sudu kecil Kicap Manis Mahsuri
1 sudu besar gula

 

Untuk sos pencicah:

1/4 cawan Kicap Manis Mahsuri
1 sudu besar minyak bijan
1 sudu besar jus limau nipis
Bijan, untuk hiasan
Serpihan cili, untuk hiasan

 - Campurkan semua bahan sos. Gaulkan sebati.

 

Arahan:

- Dalam mangkuk adunan besar, satukan Nugget Ayam Tempura dengan bahan-bahan isi keju yang lain. Campurkan menjadi pes berketul.
- Letakkan kira-kira 1 sudu besar isi krim keju di tengah-tengah kulit wonton.
- Basahkan tepi pembalut wonton dengan air. Lipat pembungkus separuh untuk membentuk segi tiga. Tekan semua tepi supaya lekat.
- Dengan api sederhana, goreng wonton selama 1 – 2 minit pada setiap sisi atau sehingga garing keemasan. Toskan lebihan minyak pada tuala kertas. Biarkan ayam rangoon sejuk sebentar, kemudian hidangkan bersama pencicah kicap

Cheesy Chicken Rangoon (Eng Version)

Ingredients:
20-25 pcs wonton wrapper
water

For Cheese Filling:

250g Nutriplus Tempura Chicken Nuggets (Original), Fried and finely diced
250g cream cheese, softened at room temperature
3 stalk scallions, finely chopped
1 tsp Mahsuri Kicap Manis
1 tbsp. sugar

 

For the dipping sauce

1/4 cup Mahsuri Kicap Manis
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Red pepper flakes, for garnish

 - Mix all ingredients together. Mix well.

 

 Instructions:

-  In a large mixing bowl, combine Tempura Chicken Nugget with other cheese-filling ingredients. Mix into a lumpy paste.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle.

Press all edges to seal.

- Over medium heat, deep fry the wontons for 1 – 2 minutes on each side or until golden crispy. Drain the excess oil on a paper towel. Let the cheesy chicken Rangoon cool briefly, then serve with the dipping sauce

Lempeng Daun Bawang dengan Sambal Kicap (Malay Version)

 

Bahan-bahan:

Untuk membuat lempeng:

2 cawan tepung serba guna
1 Telur Nutriplus dengan Omega-3
1 sudu kecil garam
2 cawan air
5 sudu besar minyak masak
1 pokok daun bawang -dihiris halus

 

Minyak - untuk menggoreng

Untuk menyediakan sos pencicah:

3 sudu besar jus limau nipis
6 sudu besar Kicap Manis Mahsuri
1 sudu besar minyak bijan
1 sudu kecil gula
1/2 sudu kecil cili flakes

 

Arahan:

- Masukkan semua bahan pancake, kecuali daun bawang ke dalam pengisar. Kisar selama 20 saat atau sehingga adunan sebati.
- Tuang adunan ke dalam mangkuk. Masukkan daun bawang yang telah dicincang dan gaul semuanya.
- Panaskan kuali nonstick dan tuangkan senduk penuh dengan adunan di atasnya.
- Siramkan sedikit minyak di sekelilingnya dan biarkan ia masak selama satu atau dua minit. Balikkan ke bahagian lain dan biarkan masak sama rata untuk masa yang sama.
- Setelah kedua-dua belah masak, keluarkan dari kuali.

 

Untuk menyediakan sos pencicah:

- Campurkan jus limau nipis, Kicap Manis Mahsuri, minyak bijan, gula, dan cili flake. Hidangkan sos ini bersama lempeng daun bawang.

Pancake Daun Bawang dan Sambal Kicap (Eng Version)

 

Ingredients:

To make the pancakes:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Nutriplus with Omega-3 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
5 tbsp cooking oil
1 bunch of scallions -finely sliced

 

Oil - for frying

To prepare the dipping sauce:

3 tablespoon lime juice
6 tbsp Mahsuri Kicap Manis
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chili flakes

 

Instructions

- Put all pancake ingredients, except scallions, in a blender. Blend for 20 seconds, until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add chopped scallions and whisk it all together.
- Warm a nonstick pan and pour a ladle full of batter on it.
- Drizzle some oil around it and let it cook for a minute or two. Flip to the other side and let it cook evenly for a similar time.
- Once both sides are cooked, take it off the pan.

 

To prepare the dipping sauce:

Mix lime juice, Mahsuri Kicap Manis, sesame oil, sugar, and chili flakes. Serve this sauce along with the green onion pancakes.
