OVAL PANDA

EGG COOKING METHOD: HARD BOILED EGGS

INGREDIENTS

  • Nutriplus Classic eggs (Hard boiled, peeled)

  • Cucumber 

  • Nori sheet

 

THE MAKING:

Tip: Nori sheet sticks well on hard boiled egg white while the egg is slightly moist.

PANDA HANDS

  • Cut strips (width 1cm, length 5cm, 1 for each egg) from nori sheet. Surround over hard boiled egg;

PANDA EYES

  • Cut triangles (with rounded corners; 2 for each egg) from nori sheet and stick on hard boiled egg (above the hands);

PANDA NOSES

  • Cut smaller triangle (with rounded corners; 1 for each egg) from nori sheet and stick reversely (the flat side facing up) below the eyes;

PANDA FEET

  • Cut rectangles (2 for each egg) from nori sheet. Trim one end of the rectangle to make rounded corners.

  • Stick 2 rectangles (with the rounded corners facing upward) apart at the bottom of each egg;

PANDA EARS

  • Cut rectangles (2 for each egg) from nori sheet. Trim one end of the rectangle to make rounded corners.

  • Use knife to make two incisions (to gently cut a line) separately on the top of each egg;

  • Insert a rectangle nori into each incision (with the rounded corners, i.e. the semi-circle facing up);

  • Cut cucumber into sticks and a few leaf shapes for ganish purpose.
