Tom Yam Butter Chicken with Pun Bun

Ingredients

1 pack Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Chicken Fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 sachet Seri-Aji® Pes Tom Yam 40g @Buy on Shopee

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp cooking oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

200 ml cooking cream

1 tbsp tomato sauce

For garnish

Chopped parsley

Kaffir lime leaves

For serving

Pun bun or soft dinner rolls

Instructions

1. Heat the cooking oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.

3. Add Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Chicken Fillet and cook until the chicken turns lightly golden.

4. Stir in the Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Paste and mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

5. Pour in cooking cream and tomato sauce. Stir gently and let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened.

6. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce becomes creamy.

7. Transfer the tom yam butter chicken into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley and kaffir lime leaves.

8. Serve warm with pun bun or soft dinner rolls for dipping.

 

Bistik Omelette Tom Yam Chicken

Ingredients

65gm Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Chicken Fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 Nutriplus Omega 3 Eggs

4 tbsp cooking oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

50 g carrot, sliced

50 g baby corn

50 g cauliflower florets

150 ml water

For garnish

Fresh coriander leaves

Sliced red chili

Instructions

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

2. Add Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Chicken Fillet and cook until the chicken turns slightly golden.

3. Stir in Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Paste and mix well until the chicken is coated evenly.

4. Add carrot, baby corn and cauliflower. Stir and cook for a few minutes.

5. Pour in water and allow the mixture to simmer until the vegetables become tender and the sauce slightly thickens.

6. Set the tom yam chicken aside.

7. In another pan, heat the remaining oil and beat the Nutriplus Omega 3 Eggs. Cook the eggs into a large omelette until the edges are lightly golden.

8. Place the omelette onto a serving plate. Spoon the tom yam chicken and vegetables over the omelette.

9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sliced red chili before serving.

 

Bihun Goreng Kampung

Ingredients

1 sachet Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Kampung 26g @Buy on shopee

200g rice vermicelli (bihun), soaked until soft

2 Nutriplus Kampung Eggs with Omega 3

2 tbsp cooking oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, sliced

1 handful bean sprouts

1 handful of chives, cut into short lengths

2 tbsp anchovies, fried

1 tbsp chili paste

1 tbsp sweet soy sauce

2 tbsp water

For garnish

Fried anchovies

Fried egg

Spring onion, chopped

Instructions

1. Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water until softened. Drain and set aside. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat.

2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. Stir in chili paste and cook briefly until aromatic.

3. Add Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Kampung 26g and mix well.

4. Push the mixture to one side of the wok and crack in the Nutriplus Kampung Eggs with Omega 3. Scramble lightly.

5. Add the softened vermicelli and toss gently to combine. Add water and sweet soy sauce, continue stir-frying until the vermicelli absorbs the seasoning.

6. Add bean sprouts, chives, and fried anchovies. Toss everything together until evenly mixed.

7. Transfer the bihun goreng kampung onto a serving plate. Garnish with fried anchovies, chopped spring onion, and serve with a fried egg on top.

 

Double Egg Protein Boost Fried Rice

4 Nutriplus with Omega 3 Eggs

3 tbsp cooking oil

2 small onion, diced

1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, green peas, corn)

1 red chili, sliced

2 tbsp spring onion, chopped

Instructions

1. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion. Stir fry until fragrant.

2. Add diced carrot, sweet corn and green peas. Cook for a minute until slightly softened.

3. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and crack one Nutriplus with Omega 3 Egg into the wok. Scramble lightly. Add cooked rice and toss well with the vegetables and egg.

4. Add Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Cina 26g and soy sauce. Stir fry until the rice is evenly coated with seasoning.

5. Add chopped spring onion and sliced chili, then mix well.

6. In a separate pan, fry two Nutriplus with Omega 3 Eggs as a sunny side up with double yolks.

7. Transfer the fried rice onto a serving plate and place the double-yolk fried egg on top.

8. Garnish with additional sliced chili and spring onion before serving.

 

Creamy Tom Yam Chicken Grill

Ingredients

2 Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Drumsticks

1 sachet Seri-Aji® Pes Tom Yam 40g @Buy on Shopee

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

200 ml cooking cream

100 g mushrooms, sliced

1 handful baby spinach

For garnish

Cherry tomatoes

Kaffir lime leaves

Instructions

1. Season the Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Drumsticks with half of the Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Paste 40g and rub evenly over the chicken. Let it marinate for about 20 minutes.

2. Heat a grill pan with cooking oil and grill the drumsticks over medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and nicely golden on the outside. Set aside.

3. In another pan, melt butter and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the remaining Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Paste and stir well to release the aroma.

4. Pour in cooking cream and mix until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until softened.

5. Stir in baby spinach and let it wilt into the sauce. Let the sauce simmer gently until slightly thickened.

6. Place the grilled drumsticks on a serving plate and pour the creamy tom yam sauce over the chicken. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and kaffir lime leaves before serving.

 

Pineapple Fried Rice

4 cups cooked rice

2 Nutriplus Omega 3 Jumbo Eggs

3 tbsp cooking oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

150 g chicken breast, diced

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

3 tbsp cashew nuts

2 tbsp raisins

1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, green peas, corn)

For garnish

Spring onion, chopped

Fried egg

Instructions

1. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until the chicken turns lightly golden.

3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for a minute until slightly softened.

4. Add the cooked rice and toss well to separate the grains.

5. Add Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Cina 26g and mix thoroughly until the rice is evenly seasoned.

6. Push the rice to one side of the wok and crack in the Nutriplus Omega 3 Jumbo Eggs. Scramble lightly and mix into the rice.

7. Add pineapple chunks, raisins and cashew nuts. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.

8. Continue stir-frying for another minute until the rice becomes fragrant. Transfer the pineapple fried rice into a pineapple bowl or serving plate.

9. Garnish with chopped spring onion and fresh pineapple chunks. Serve with a fried egg on the side.

2. Stir in chili paste and cook for a short moment until aromatic. Add the cooked rice and stir well to separate the grains. 

3. Add Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Kampung 26g and mix thoroughly until the rice is evenly seasoned.

Kampung Egg Stuffed Fried Rice Balls

4 cups cooked rice

4 tbsp cooking oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 red onion, sliced

2 red chili, sliced

4 tbsp anchovies

4 tbsp chopped long beans

4 tbsp chopped spring onion

2 Nutriplus Classic eggs

Instructions

1. Boil the Nutriplus Classic eggs for about 6–7 minutes until slightly soft in the center. Peel and cut into halves. Set aside. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat.

2. Add sliced onion, garlic, and anchovies. Stir fry until fragrant. Add red chili and long beans, cook briefly.

3. Add cooked rice and stir well. Add Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Kampung 26g and mix until the rice is evenly coated with seasoning.

4. Add chopped spring onion and toss everything together and remove from heat.

5. Place a portion of the fried rice onto a piece of cling wrap. Wrap the rice and press gently to form a compact round ball.

6. Open the cling wrap slightly and press the center of the rice ball to create a small indentation. Place half of the boiled egg in the center with the yolk facing up.

7. Remove the cling wrap and transfer the rice balls onto a serving plate. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve warm.

 

Grilled Rice with Air Fried Drumstick & Soft Boiled Egg

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Cina 26g, diced carrot, spring onion, and sesame oil. Mix well.

2. Shape the rice mixture into round rice patties and press gently to hold the shape.

3. Heat oil in a pan. Place the rice patties and grill until the bottom becomes slightly crispy.

4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rice, then continue grilling until both sides are golden and lightly crisp.

5. For the chicken, mix drumsticks with Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Cina 26g, sesame oil, and honey.

6. Air fry at 180°C for 18–20 minutes until cooked through and golden. Cook the Nutriplus Omega 3 Eggs in boiling water for 6–7 minutes for a soft-boiled texture. Peel and cut into halves.

7. Serve the grilled rice with one air-fried drumstick and half a soft-boiled egg.

8. Garnish with spring onion and extra sesame seeds.

 

Tom Yam Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:

1 pack Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Air Chilled Chicken E-Bag

2 tbsp cooking oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 stalk lemongrass, bruised

For garnish:

Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 190°C.

2. In a bowl, combine Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Paste 40g, cooking oil, honey, chilli flakes, and minced garlic. Mix well until evenly combined.

3. Rub the tom yam paste mixture all over the chicken and place the bruised lemongrass inside the cavity. Marinate for about 20–30 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.

4. Place the chicken in a roasting tray and roast for 1hr 15mins, until fully cooked, and the skin is golden and slightly crispy.

5. Occasionally, spoon the juices from the tray over the chicken during roasting to keep the chicken moist and flavourful.

6. Remove the roasted chicken from the oven and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with lime slices.

 

Tom Yam Laksa Goreng with Chicken

1. Soak the laksa noodles in warm water until softened. Drain and set aside. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat.

1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Heat cooking oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.

2. Add the sliced Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast and cook until the chicken turns lightly golden. Stir in Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Paste and chili flakes. Mix well until the chicken is coated with the tom yam flavour.

3. Pour in cooking cream and stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Let the sauce simmer gently for a few minutes.

4. Add the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and toss well until the pasta is evenly coated. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped spring onion, sliced red chili and kaffir lime leaves.
