 Tom Yam Butter Chicken with Pun Bun

Ingredients

1 pack Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Chicken Fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 sachet Seri Aji Pes Tom Yam

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp cooking oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

200 ml cooking cream

1 tbsp tomato sauce

For garnish

Chopped parsley

Kaffir lime leaves

For serving

Pun bun or soft dinner rolls

Instructions

Heat the cooking oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.

Add Nutriplus Lacto Plus III Chicken Fillet and cook until the chicken turns lightly golden.

Stir in the Seri-Aji Tom Yam Paste and mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Pour in cooking cream and tomato sauce. Stir gently and let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened.

Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce becomes creamy.

Transfer the tom yam butter chicken into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley and kaffir lime leaves.

Serve warm with pun bun or soft dinner rolls for dipping.
