Telur Dadar Udang (Malay Version)

Bahan-bahan:

6 Telur Nutriplus dengan Jumbo Omega-3
1 cawan udang, dikupas dan dibuang kulit
1/4 cawan daun bawang, potong 2 inci panjang
1/2 biji bawang merah, potong kasar
2 sudu kecil Kicap Manis Mahsuri
1 sudu kecil minyak bijan
1 sudu besar minyak masak

 

Arahan:

- Dalam mangkuk adunan, pecahkan telur dan pukul bersama daun bawang, Kicap Manis Mahsuri dan minyak bijan sehingga sebati selama kira-kira 30 saat.
- Kemudian panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali tidak melekat dengan api sederhana.
- Tumis bawang sehingga naik bau atau agak karamel. Masukkan udang dan goreng sehingga separuh masak. Kemudian kecilkan api.
- Masukkan telur yang telah dipukul. Biarkan telur dadar sekejap, kira-kira 20-30 saat.
- Kacau, tos dan balikkan telur dan masak hingga sebati. Gunakan spatula untuk pecah menjadi kepingan. Masukkan daun bawang, kacau hingga sebati. Setelah masak, matikan api dan nikmati!

Shrimp Omelette (Eng Version)

Ingredients:

6 Nutriplus with Omega-3 Jumbo Eggs
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup green onion, cut into 2-inch length
1/2 red onion, roughly cut
2 tsp Mahsuri Kicap Manis
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking oil

 

Instructions:

- In a mixing bowl, crack and whisk together the eggs, green onions, Mahsuri Kicap Manis, and sesame oil together until smooth for about 30 seconds.
- Then in a well-seasoned non-stick pan, bring it to medium heat. Add cooking oil.
- Sauté the onion until aromatic or lightly caramelized. Toss in shrimp and fry until 50% cooked. Then lower the heat to the LOW setting.
- Add the beaten eggs. Let the omelet set, for about 20-30 seconds.
- Stir, toss and flip the eggs around and cook thoroughly. Use the spatula to break up into chunks. Add the scallions, and stir to combine well. Once cooked, remove off heat and enjoy!
