Mee Goreng Long-life (Malay Version)

Bahan-bahan:

250g mee telur
1 sudu besar minyak masak
2 ulas bawang putih, dikisar
1 cawan cendawan cremini, dihiris
1/2 lada benggala merah, dihiris
1/2 lobak merah, dihiris
1/4 cawan kacang pis
1/4 cawan brokoli

Untuk sos:

2 sudu besar Kicap Manis Mahsuri
2 sudu kecil gula
1 sudu kecil minyak bijan
1/2 sudu kecil halia kisar
1 sudu kecil sos cili, atau secukup rasa

Hiasan:

 2 Telur Nutriplus dengan Omega-3, digoreng telur mata
Hirisan daun bawang

Arahan:

- Dalam mangkuk kecil, gaulkan Kicap Manis Mahsuri bersama gula, minyak bijan, halia dan sos cili; ketepikan.
- Didihkan air didalam periuk, masak mi mengikut arahan paket; kemudian tapis.
- Panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali dengan api sederhana. Masukkan bawang putih, cendawan, lada benggala dan lobak merah. Kacau seketika, kira-kira 3-4 minit.
Masukkan kacang pis dan brokoli, masak sehingga brokoli sedikit lembut, kira-kira 2-3 minit.
- Masukkan mee telur dan campuran kicap, kacau perlahan-lahan hingga sebati.
-Hidangkan mee ke dalam mangkuk dan letakkan telur goreng mata diatas dan taburkan sedikit daun bawang. Hidangkan segera.

Long-life Noodle (Eng Version)

Ingredients:

250g egg noodles
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 carrot, julienned
1/4 cup snow peas
1/4 cup broccoli

 For the sauce:

2 tbsp Mahsuri Kicap Manis
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp chili sauce, or more, to taste

Garnishing

2 Nutriplus with Omega-3 fried eggs
Cut spring onions

Instructions:

- In a small bowl, whisk together Mahsuri Kicap Manis, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and chili sauce; set aside.
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to package instructions; drain well.
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in snow peas and broccoli until the broccoli has slightly softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in egg noodles and soy sauce mixture, and gently toss to combine.
- Serve the noodles in bowls, top each with a fried egg, and add some cut spring onions. Serve immediately.
