HATCHING CAKES

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 NutriPlus eggs

  • 60g Sugar

  • 90g Low protein flour (sieved)

  • 9g Corn oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Dig a hole on egg shell and remove the egg white and yolk inside. Clean & pastuerise the empty shell with hot water;

 

  • Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl that is placed in warm water (hot bath method) until creamy;

  • Add sieved flour in 3 additions, mix well;
  • Pour corn oil into batter from the side of bowl. Add a few drops of vanilla essesnce optional;
  • Pipe batter into empty egg shells until 3/4 full. Hold the "eggs" with baking or muffin tray;
  • Bake for 15min. at 180 degree Celcius.
